Its one of our most powerful pellet stoves, but on the lowest heat setting can burn for up to 36 hours without needing more pellets, perfect for a basement application. With its superior engineering and attractive bay view window, the HP22-N SS Black is a pellet stove you will enjoy having in your home for years to come.

If a stove arrives and the cardboard box appears to be compromised you need to: Take pictures and also NOTATE THE DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING.

Sometimes the carton is compromised, and the stove is perfectly fine inside the carton. Or even minor scuffs and some parts can easily be replaced..

If a stove arrives and the cardboard box appears to be compromised and you open the box and in fact is damaged, Youneed to:

Take Pictures and NOTATE DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING. Then you can refuse the shipment and the stove will be sent back to us free of stray. Another stove replacement will be sent out.

If you refused to receive the stove because of buyers remorse or any other reason by you after delivery is attempted, then youare responsible for the return shipping charges. That cost is usually between $350-$550.

If the stove is not deliverable because of narrow roads, steep inclines, or
difficult terrain the stove will be returned to us warehouse at the your cost of freight. That cost is usually between $350-$550.
